Customer Satisfaction Telephone Surveying Program

Our CIS Program is our telesurveying program specially designed to allow you to monitor your customers’ satisfaction with your company on an ongoing basis.


Each month we call a group of customers and using a brief, yet highly effective list of questions, they are surveyed on various aspects of the service they are receiving. We have refined our set of questions to maximize data collection while minimizing customer time commitments.


Then, using our patented CIS Software Suite, we are able to accumulate and track a wide variety of survey data points and then immediately organize and relay this information back to you in a variety of different formats.
